Our Contemporary III Elevation table is truly one of a kind. Mounted on a double (660 pound) three-stage column, you get the lifting capacity your practice needs. In addition, your new table will be capable of starting as low as 18 inches and elevating to 30 for accommodating the most extensive range of Doctor heights and techniques.

Included are four drops: cervical/toggle, forward cervical, thoracic, and lumbo/pelvic. The cocking method for the thoracic and lumbo/pelvic drops is bilateral handles. Tension is located on the left side. The cervical drop is activated on the right side, and tension is also on the right side.

Drops are a full 0.75 inches and can be adjusted to a zero-force fall. We rate the drops for use on patients up to 450 pounds.

Included is an elevation headpiece, lateral cervical bending, knee break, locking foot extension, propping thoracic cushion to 50 degrees, and our lumbar/prop and drop feature. The lumbar prop and drop feature is an abdominal breakaway alternative. In addition, you can elevate the lumbo/pelvic cushion up to 5 inches, creating space for the patient's abdomen AND the lumbar drop is fully operational throughout the range.

*Write-Offs for Qualifying Equipment

Did you know you may be eligible for an equipment tax deduction or credit? According to Section 179 and Section 44 of the IRS tax code, you may be able to deduct the total purchase price or apply a credit up to 50% on qualifying equipment. (Please consult your tax professional to determine your personal eligibility).

Section 179

Section 179 of the IRS tax code allows businesses to deduct the FULL PURCHASE PRICE of qualifying equipment and/or software purchased or financed during the tax year from your gross income!

How Section 179 Works

● In the past, when your business bought qualifying equipment, it typically wrote it off a little at a time through depreciation.

● Section 179 allows your business to write off the entire purchase price of qualifying equipment for the current tax year.

● Businesses can use Section 179 to purchase needed equipment right now instead of waiting. In addition, for most small businesses, the entire cost of qualifying equipment can be written-off (up to $1,000,000).

ADA, Section 44 (Disabled Access Credit)

Under Section 44, The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) allows you to apply a credit of 50% of your purchase amount, up to $10,250 (maximum credit of

$5000) for qualifying equipment to offset the cost of purchasing specific adaptive equipment.

Do You Qualify?

Do you have:

● Total revenues of $1,000,000 or less in the previous tax year?

● Or 30 or fewer full-time employees?

Download IRS Form 8826 to claim the credit.

How do you disinfect or clean the tables between patients? We suggest using a solution of 2% common household bleach to water for between patient and daily cleaning. However, Uniroyal, the manufacturer of Naugahyde, suggests that for cleaning during the COVID pandemic that a solution of 10% household bleach to water be used. We caution that using a bleach solution of this concentration requires you to rinse the table with a spray of plain water after cleaning to remove all bleach residue. This will prevent the staining of patients clothes during treatment. Here is a link to the official cleaning guide from the manufacture themselves. Click here for the cleaning guide

Can you explain the difference between the default firm foam and the optional medium foam? Our firm foam is actually a 1.5 inch layer of 50lb compression foam which is comfortable for your patient to lie on over a 1 inch layer of 120lb extra firm foam on the bottom. It's like the cushion has an anterior board built in. Your patient can lie prone on it comfortably but you will not have any trouble bringing them to tension and getting a good adjustment. The medium foam is a solid piece of the 50 lb compression foam. It is ideal for doctors doing lower force techniques or where the patient will lie either prone or supine on the table for periods longer than 30 minutes while getting treatment.

How are the drops on your tables as they compare to other table manufacturers? We think that our drops are crisp and fast. The drop blocks are manufactured out of HDPE(High Density Polyethylene) which is a self lubricating plastic. This material works well with the steel drop plungers and does not become grooved with heavy use like aluminum or steel blocks but rather deforms with the plunger as the drop falls. This keeps the drops running like new for many years.

How heavy of a patient are your drops designed to work with? Our drops are designed to work with patient's up to 500lbs. If they do not work with patients of this weight please contact us to get a replacement drop. If your practice will be mostly large patients over 250 lbs, then let us know that and we can build your drops up with springs ideal for larger patients. These springs larger patients do NOT increase the capacity of the drop, rather they make the tension adjustment range more sensitive at the larger end of the scale rather than at the average range of the scale which is more like
125-250 lbs.
